What are the requirements to apply for a home?

Applicants must generally have a gross household income of at least 3x the monthly rent, a favorable credit history, and no prior evictions. We review each application on a case-by-case basis.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is non-refundable and varies by location. Please check the specific listing details for exact fee amounts.

Are your homes pet-friendly?

Yes! Most Settled Nomad Homes are pet-friendly. We understand pets are family. However, breed restrictions and pet deposits may apply depending on the specific property location.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the online Resident Portal. For emergencies (like flooding or no heat in winter), please call our 24/7 emergency line.

How do I pay my rent?

We make it easy! Rent can be paid securely online through our Resident Portal via ACH (bank transfer), credit card, or debit card.
